Housing Options

Poughkeepsie offers a diverse range of housing options from modest to luxury in both rental and resale.  Within the City of Poughkeepsie, there are neighborhoods reminiscent of towns like Larchmont, New York in Westchester County with their street lamp lined sidewalks and historic homes.

As one example, see the video below for the highest resale in the City of Poughkeepsie in the past 15 years as December 2020 sale date.  The $700,000 sale would cost a tad more in Larchmont!
While in the middle of the city with easy access to fine dining and entertainment, the property and home translate to exhale with birds singing, privacy within their beautifully landscaped property and inground pool.
See video below for a home tour of this historic 1930 manor home.
